OK, here's the new section on Bazarr you requested! I got a lot of benefit from this guide when I first read it so I figured I should put some effort back into it.
I threw this together pretty quickly, so please read it over before you merge and I'll make any changes that you want.
Also, just a heads up, I noticed that the hash links to the various Dockerfile and Configuration sections don't work properly for anything past Deluge because they all have the same name. I changed this for the Bazarr links but I thought I'd let you know about the others. Its super minor but it bothered me a bit so I thought I'd pass it along.
