images [options] command [source_directory] [images root directory]

Target directory structure:

• Images root
  • file extension
    • yyyy
      • month
        • yyyy-mm-dd

Filename:
yyyy-mm-dd_hh-mm-ss.msec__[_duplication_index].

Commands:

• import new images
• rename (in place)
• move (to time stamp directory)
• raname + move
• add missing timestamp based on directory name
• remove duplicate files
