Minor website fixes (brucemiller#1599)

* site: Fix missing link in index.tex

* site: Update Archlinux installation instructions

This commit updates the archlinux installation instructions because the
'perl-text-unidecode' package has moved from AUR to the community
repository.

* site: Update http:// -> https://

This commit switches http:// link within site to https:// where they are
supported.
