tabs on collections not accessible on narrow screens

Bug Description

the tabs on the collection page do not show on narrow screens as on a phone, you also cannot scroll to make them visible

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to collections page on a narrow screen
2. the tabs on the top right are out of screen, you cannot scroll there either

Expected Behavior

have the tabs shown or at least scrollable
