A race condition on slower connections caused messages in the queue to be sent on a closed TCP connection. A new field in the MTProto structure was added to keep track of the connection status. Minor fixes.

I have added a new field in the MTProto structure to keep track the TCP connection status. A race condition caused messages in the queue on reconnect to be sent to a closed connection.
