Apache+PHP+mod_proxy build pack

This is a build pack bundling PHP and Apache for Heroku apps. It includes mod_proxy and mod_proxy_http to allow ProxyPass and URL Rewriting.

Configuration

The config files are bundled with the build pack itself:

• conf/httpd.conf
• conf/php.ini
