Two typos in the SDC Handbook

Hi,

while reading the SDC Handbook, I stumbled over two typos and wanted to share those with you as requested in the book's preface:

1. In the first paragraph on the $(p,q)$-rule in subsection 4.2.1 (in this line to be specific), the contributions smaller than the one of the top second contributor are presented as $X_{R} = \sum_{ i > 2 } x_{1}$ but I suppose that it should be $X_{R} = \sum_{ i > 2 } x_{i}$ instead (the current version implies $X_R = (n - 2)x_1$ and thus $X_R > X - x_1 - x_2$ unless $x_1 = x_2 = ... = x_n$).

2. On the previous page (in this line), maximum-prize is used instead of maximum-price.
