Add new quote to command template #1

Until a command is built to interface with our AI overlords directly, I'm pulling quotes the good ol' fashioned way. By hand.
Actually, I'm just middle-manning between chatGPT and the json object, but who's keeping track.
Navigate to quotes.js
Inside the quotes object you'll find a property named err... quotes.. I should get better at naming...
The value of that property is an array of strings. Notice that the strings are wrapped in back-ticks [`] and not single/double quotes.
Add your quote, and make sure to add a comma after your closing back-tick.
