"when this sprite touches" hat does not work twice in a row touch

Expected Behavior

When you use the "when this sprite touches" hat with "mouse pointer" selected, you should be able to use trigger the hat on touch by touching the sprite, then trigger it again by touching it again.

Actual Behavior

Because the mouse pointer hasn't moved (while you were not touching), the second touch does not trigger the hat a second time.
