All background images load very slowly on the LAN network in Docker.

Expected Behavior

All of the background images should load quickly on an Internet or LAN network. I deply the scratch 3.0 in Docker, but background images loading speed is still too slow: 25 seconds at first time, 5 seconds at second time.

Actual Behavior

Most of the background images are loaded progressive and very slow.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://scratchfoundation.github.io/scratch-gui/'
2. Click on 'choose a background'
3. Click on 'choose a backdrop'
4. See error

It loaded in less than 4 seconds first time and in 2 seconds on the 2nd time.

Why is it so slow on my local network? Where are the images stored?
Now it doesn't even display images on the ipad with Google Chrome browser:

Storing images locally is acceptable. Is there a way to store them all locally without using caching?
