Switching sprites causes 'save now' to appear

Expected Behavior

Please describe what should happen
Simply switching between sprites or tabs should not make the project appear to have changed. 'save now' should not appear in the nav bar.

Actual Behavior

Describe what actually happens
'save now' appears if you switch sprites, or switch tabs back to a code workspace that has blocks.

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what someone needs to do in order to see what's described in Actual behavior above
In a project with multiple sprites with code, switch between sprites, or switch between the paint/sound editor and the code tab.

Related to scratchfoundation/scratch-vm#2029, but that is a more specific problem than this issue. This issue still seems to exist, but needs investigation / reliable repro.

I can easily reproduce this on Chrome on Mac. There must be at least one block on the workspace, then switch to the costumes tab and back to the code tab. When switching to the code tab the "save now" message appears in the menu bar.
