Layering problems with sprites and parts of background (safari only?)

I don't exactly know how to reproduce this... but here's what it does

I can't reproduce on Mac chrome with the same project, though I can repro across reloads in Safari

Not sure if it is related, but I did go into the background costume editor and ungroup things, change their colors, and then went back into the code editor.

I'm definitely still seeing this on Safari on Mac. It only seems to go behind the lower quarter of the backdrop and it doesn't matter if the backdrop is empty. It appears to be drawing lines on the workspace with the shadow of the image while dragging it around. It happens with that project

I can get this project with the project listed above and in other projects. It is easier to see if you add another sprite but the size of the sprite seems to matter. If you add the bear you can not see those results. It works with the baseball, the soccer ball, and the paddle sprite. It doesn't work with the cat.

But then I shrank the cat. After the cat was made smaller it would cause the strange trailing effect while dragging it over the workspace and go behind the backdrop. Similarly if you make the baseball larger it stops exhibiting the behavior. When I made it 69x69 it exhibited the behavior but at 70x70 it didn't.

Wow this is pretty strange...

Found a workaround: if you make the stage fullscreen and then make it smaller again, it stops happening!

Definitely a graphics bug in Safari. Not sure what to do with this...
