Android Chrome: If the screen height is below the minimum height, Add Sprite/Backdrop buttons become unclickable

Expected Behavior

Please describe what should happen
I should be able to scroll down to see the Add Sprite/Add Backdrop buttons and click them

Actual Behavior

Describe what actually happens
When I scroll down to see the rest of the buttons, only the initially visible part of the button is clickable

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what someone needs to do in order to see what's described in Actual behavior above
On Android Chrome, with a screen that is only large enough to display the tops of the Add from Library buttons when the page initially loads, scroll down and try to click the revealed part of the buttons
