IE & Edge - Block Text Is Offset

Expected Behavior

Text is aligned.

Actual Behavior

It is offset.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch Edge and look at the blocks.

Operating System and Browser

Windows 10 Edge

Oh, and it fixes itself when you put the mouse over it.
