Sprinkles broken

The sprinkles test gets its blocks with toolbox.getElementsByTagName('block');. Having moved the default blocks to a file, this no longer works.

Related to #731 as well. Moving the default blocks to a file has been very buggy so far. It just happens to work for the most common use case.
