Editing fields after panning the workspace

In the long run, I think it would be good if the fields didn't lose focus through a workspace pan. This would require translating the WidgetDiv instead of closing it (perhaps closing it when we approach the workspace viewport boundaries). I think this would be an improvement for tinkerability overall.

I think this is probably not worth the effort, because we'd have to do something really clever when the WidgetDiv leaves the viewport.
