Handle negative numbers in boolean operators in RTL

Expected Behavior

Numbers in boolean operators inputs should always be LTR regardless of language.

Actual Behavior

Note that sign is on the left in the boolean operators, but fine with mathematical ones.

Steps to Reproduce

Switch between LTR and RTL languages (e.g. English and Persian (farsi)).

Note, there are a number of bugs related to number fields and RTL, but they're not usually fixed the same way, so making this a unique issue.
