Two servers on a PC

I want to create 2 rest servers using 2 different ports and run simultaneously, but it seems that grapevine only allows 1 server to run at a time. The server running later will show the error HttpLisstener disposed

I often run multiple servers on my local PC at a time without issue. Do you have some code you can share that demonstrates this issue?
