Format of pixel_map.csv?

Hi!

I'm starting to use pixelpi to control my ws2801 based project. The LEDs are arranged in a 2D array. I see that pixel_map.csv is used to map the logical frame data to physical LED locations. Can you add a comment to README that describes the format of the data?

I think that 1st line in the file is the data for the last pixel in the LED chain (= Closest to the pi). The data is the x & y co-ordinates with 0,0 in the bottom left hand corner. Or I could be wrong...
