Form Fields not working (save,Delete,Move up,MoveDown)

I am able to retrieve the data but not able to save,add or delete.

Do you get any errors in F12 (network or script)?

Nothing at all but while changing the values on the grid,select row changed is getting triggered while i am debugging.

Are there any binding errors on load from knockout?

I did not see a single error.its not getting triggered at all for all the
form fields.
