Is it possible to add additional language localisation?

Hello, scoful.

Is it possible to add additional language localisation to your outstanding N-Tab? To be precise - Russian language. I can and I am ready to translate strings to Russian, but is it possible to add this locale to your extension? Also I have tried to use English, but contect menu is still in Chinese language and unreadable in my system. Thanks a lot for your reply in advance.
