Saving plots lacks some info #700

Description

@SimonHeybrock
  1. Quantity plotted is in our toolbar, so it is not visible in the saved plot?
  2. Can the filename be set to something useful instead of the default bokeh_plot.png?
  3. Date would be useful, but unless we want to display it in the plot maybe it could also be in the filename?

    Investigation notes

    What Bokeh supports: SaveTool has a filename property. Passing a SaveTool(filename='...') instance through HoloViews default_tools works, and HoloViews finalize hooks can dynamically update the filename on each plot render.

    Minimal first step — custom filename (points 2 and 3):
    Set SaveTool.filename via a HoloViews hook in Plotter.__call__, which already has access to ResultKey (output name, source name). The filename would include instrument, quantity, and date/time, e.g. DREAM_monitor-counts_2026-02-23T12-34.

    This addresses the default bokeh_plot.png filename and embeds the date — without changing the plot title.

    Adding quantity to the plot title (point 1) — deferred:
    The quantity info currently lives in the custom Panel toolbar above the plot, which is not part of the Bokeh figure and therefore not included in saved images. Adding it to the Bokeh plot title is possible but needs more thought on how to combine it with the existing time/lag title. Can be done as a follow-up.

    Blocked by #673 which reorganizes code around Plotter.
