[Loki] Remove use of `loki.live`, use production workflows

Currently we are still using the "Larmor" workflow was a base of the Loki workflows. This should be changed to use the production workflows. This is probably blocked by solving backend file access (aside from our pooch solution), or using a workflow version that works without extra files.

Part of this work is to also fully remove the `ess.loki.live` submodule and any related code.
