Verify added wavelength-mode in PROD for new instruments #1367

We just extended wavelength mode support:

• Offer wavelength mode for TBL detector views and monitor_1 #1357
• Feed ESTIA's reflectometry reduction the streamed lookup table #1361
• Reduce DREAM powder with the streamed lookup table #1366

This is not fully manually verified in dev environments due to lack of fake chopper streaming. This should be done once depoyed, marked as blocked until release.
