This is a Scipion plugin that offers different Kihara Lab tools. These tools will make it possible to carry out different functions for working with electron density maps.
The code involving these functionalities can be found at Kiharalab's GitHub Page.
External software currently installed by this plugin:
- DAQ: Computational tool using deep learning that can estimate the residue-wise local quality for protein models from cryo-Electron Microscopy (EM) maps.
- Emap2sec: Computational tool using deep learning that can accurately identify protein secondary structures, alpha helices, beta sheets, others (coils/turns), in cryo-Electron Microscopy (EM) maps of medium to low resolution.
- Emap2sec+: Computational tool using deep learning that can accurately identify structures, alpha helices, beta sheets, other(coils/turns) and DNA/RNA, in cryo-Electron Microscopy (EM) maps of medium to low resolution.
- MainMastSeg: Segmentation program for EM maps with symmetry.
