Keras batch generator is not able to import keras from tensorflow in windows 10

Hi,
When I am trying to import BalancedBatchGenerator from imblearn.keras it is throwing error that keras not found even when I am importing keras from tensorflow. Kindly help to get this resolved in future releases.

If keras it is not installed we could try to import it from tensorflow. Do you want to send a PR?

Uhm. I don't know which version should we used by default. I would think that it makes sense to try importing from tensorflow first, then keras, then raise error.

@glemaitre does always TF includes the latest version of keras? If yes we could do what you mentioned. Otherwise we could do the opposite. Either way it will be ok I think.

We just want to get the Sequence from keras. Not sure it is a big deal to have a older version, isn't it.
