Conflicts with Jython prevent normal py execution

The Conda Python 3 scripting engine currently uses the py extension. This makes it preferred for py script execution, even for Jython scripting. This shouldn't happen. Probably the best solution is to remove the suggested py extension from PythonScriptLanguage. It shouldn't be needed in any case. Those wanted to use Conda Python 3 should specify and normal Jython should be the default.
