Deploying to staging is failing with the error message: '3 insufficient cpu, 3 insufficient memory'. Maybe increasing the resources will help.

@bkiahstroud Thanks for the catch. This PR should have said decrease. Basically I matched the deploy file for adventist proper: https://github.com/scientist-softserv/adventist-dl/blob/main/ops/dev-deploy.tmpl.yaml#L5-L9 |
