Bot no longer posts instructions on failed backports

Desired: Detailed manual backport instructions as before.

What it is currently saying, "Oops, something went wrong applying the patch ... Please have a look at my logs." However, users cannot access server logs.

Example occurrences:

• Update expected list of observatory sites in coordinates docs astropy/astropy#13991 (comment)
• Assign Row to NIRISS-parsed 1D Spectra spacetelescope/jdaviz#1836 (comment)
