[SciELOCI][month] Remover 'month'

Um dos defeitos mais comuns é a presença inesperada de 'month'. Segundo https://github.com/scieloorg/export-sci/blob/7b7019f887654a37986505977c5c1b07efdb257c/xsd/Clarivate_publishing.xsd#L4787, month deve ser inserido ANTES year.
