Packaging LICENSE and perpaps CHANGES

Hi Eduardo,

in the course of packaging this project, I noticed, that the tarball is missing the LICENSE.

Here's my rpm spec:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/home:frispete:blender/python-sphinx_press_theme/python-sphinx_press_theme.spec?expand=1

As you can see, I need to deal with the LICENSE separately. While at it, it might a good idea to package CHANGES as well.

FYI: this package is a build dependency of OpenColorIO (doc generation).
