My boys have a new passion for ants. They fell in love with Messor Barbarus, the baker ants!
In order to connect the tube (16mm in diameter) I preferred to design a connector surrounding the tube rather than inserting into the tube (reference Amazon tube 16 * 150mm).
The queen, and some castes of workers are rather large so this leaves them enough space to go about their business without getting stuck.
I did the same to connect a pipe (reference Amazon STEIGNER PVC pipe 8-10 mm, 5 m, SBS-11-5).
I also want to document the parts however I do not know how you produce the visual for the new connectors.
