Both internal srfi-tools components that were missing, and external eggs needed by various files. This required writing an implementation of SRFI-227 from scratch because the R7RS reference version doesn't work with Chicken's syntax-rules implementation, and publishing it as an egg. A bit more work than I bargained for...

Lets the
srfi-tools.eggbuild and install again.
