This change enables limitting the number of downloaded tracks for some of the download options. The options are -f, -C, -t, -a, -r. The parameter was already included in the documentation and implemented in scdl-org#282, but only for playlists.

No, it's basically the same.
Yours is a more comprehensive, while I just reused the current option.
