mobile app share link doesn't work

only links from web app work like:

but if you copy link from mobile app or share link with mobile app you have links like this:
https://on.soundcloud.com/jSPcrMemAGzRcU4M6

we got: URL is not valid

Is there any way to convert this links ?

actually i need a way to resolve this kind of links
