MSYS2/MINGW linking fails

CMake doesn't link windows socket libraries (ws2_32 etc) properly to liblsl library on MSYS2 and building of liblsl fails. I had to add those libraries in CMake file from windows compilation settings to succesfully build liblsl dll.
