Welcome to aorta_lib ! This library contains three main python packeges:

• segmentation: automatic segmentation of the aorta from CT scan using 3D Unet Neural Network;
• ssm: Statistical Shape Modeling of the aorta;
• hemodyn: Hemodynamical bio-markers estimation through CFD simulations or Reduced Order Models.
