Launch:
    ./GoScrap <website> <timeout> <proxy>
        Required parameters:
            * <website> - website from which you need to do web scraping
        Minor parameters:
            * <timeout> - request timeout in seconds
            * <proxy> - proxy server in format <IP>:<PORT>
