Make namespace_id optional in scw container deploy

Task 1 "Creating namespace" failed: scaleway-sdk-go: http error 400 Bad Request: namespace name must begin with a letter, followed by letters, numbers or hyphens, and end with a letter or number.

I think it would be useful to have a namespace automatically created if none are specified.

How I imagine scw could expose this functionality
