Description

Prepare for frontmatters cleaning

  • remove meta namespace
  • move title & description at frontmatter root
  • remove content namespace, along with h1 & paragraph
  • remove unused category in faq.mdx pages (not related to categories entry)
  • fix some tags lists that use comma separator (use spaces)

Notes:

  • Dates are not touched, it should not impact review-doc script
  • The data used for Algolia index is updated (title), the rest is unchanged
