JwtTokenResolverImpl trashes cache on invalid jwt

Bug in exception handling. Drop a jwt which fails verification and it will clear kid in the cache. This leads to situation when normal key will be removed from cache by some invalid jwt.

Won't be fixed. Not an issue in latest master.
