502 error uploading to GitHub

I'm using this on a fairly large sbt project (~1000 dependencies including transitive) and almost every time my action returns a 502 error during the upload. This could be an issue on the GitHub side, but it's hard to tell with the information provided, since the action doesn't provide any details about the request and response.

Thanks @gmethvin for reporting.

As you said this is probably an issue on the Github side, but we could have a better error report by printing the body of the response.
