option to configure wrapping on move

is there any way to stop instead of wrapping back to the start/end when moving up/down?

While it's possible to hack it using lua function calls, I guess, we can also add a built-in boolean flag (something like xplr.config.general.enforce_bounded_index_navigation) to disable this.
