In a submodule, git worktree list and git rev-parse --git-common-dir both return the submodule's git directory (.git/modules/<name>) as the main worktree. wtp used that path, so `wtp cd @` went to the git directory, config was read from there, and copy hooks used it as the source directory. ResolveMainWorktreePath runs git rev-parse --show-toplevel for a path that has a HEAD file and no .git entry, and returns the checkout. GetMainWorktreePath, GetWorktrees and parseWorktreesFromOutput use it. Regular and bare repositories are unchanged. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01MsYr3ZhbdxQC3LD9u24MdY

…orktree With GIT_DIR set, for example when wtp runs from a git hook, git rev-parse --show-toplevel resolved that repository instead of the directory in cmd.Dir. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01MsYr3ZhbdxQC3LD9u24MdY
Problem
Inside a git submodule,
wtp cd @prints the submodule's git directory,<parent>/.git/modules/<name>, instead of the checkout at<parent>/<name>.In a submodule,
git worktree listandgit rev-parse --git-common-dirboth return.git/modules/<name>as the main worktree, andwtpused that path. That also affects:.wtp.ymlis read from.git/modules/<name>instead of the tracked file in the checkout.base_diris resolved against the git directory.type: copyhooks look for theirfromfiles in the git directory.wtp listdoes not mark@*when you run it from the submodule checkout.Fix
git.ResolveMainWorktreePathchecks whether a path is a git directory: it has aHEADfile and no.gitentry. If so, it runsgit rev-parse --show-toplevelin that directory, and git returns the checkout fromcore.worktree. Regular repositories skip the git call. Bare repositories fail--show-topleveland keep their path. These functions call it:

cdcommand now reports the submodule checkout path, including when working with a linked worktree.
