"Safe to Update" indicator

Suggestion to add an indicator that shows green or red if it is safe or unsafe respectively to update the game. Specifically it would check if the current game version installed matches current available and if different, check all mods. If any mods do not have versions available for the update then show red unsafe indicator so players don't have to check every mod manually.

The indicator could also be a button that changes the modlist filter to "not updated to current" (or y'all can come up with a better name...) which lists currently installed mods that do not have versions for the update. This way you would know what you would have to give up to update anyway.
