Archival of vignettes

Didn't want to quite classify this as an issue, so I thought this was a better location for the following question.

I have noticed that some vignettes which are currently online seem to have some missing information which was previously available.

A good example is the SCTransform V2 vignette. For example, the vignette in the following doc (https://github.com/satijalab/seurat/blob/master/vignettes/sctransform_v2_vignette.Rmd) has some important points on steps related to using SCTransform such as PrepSCTFindMarkers which is currently not mentioned in the only SCTransform vignette in the main website.

I have attempted to find this in the Archive section, but I have been unable to find the specific Rmarkdown I mentioned above.

Any thoughts on this? Is the archival of some of the previous vignettes still ongoing? Or will the current vignettes implement additional information. Thanks for any clarification!
