  1. Fix issue with R-devel 4.3.x 

    The following issue occurs on R-devel for 4.3.x:
> Warning: class "Graph" is inheriting an inconsistent superclass structure from class "dgCMatrix", inconsistent with "dsparseMatrix"

Solves by ensuring the definition for the Graph class occurs after the
setClassUnion for AnyMatrix
