Jupyter notebook renders with <span class="err"> from online nbviewer

Same setup as #40 .

This notebok is not rendering correctly with the online nbviewer.

There's weird red boxes around parts of the code & results after "Get the total number of bad rows":

There are <span class="err"> tags being rendered.

There must be a problem with the custom exporter / jinja template used by nbconvert? If this is available anywhere as open source I don't mind trying to debug. I'm sure it's regex fun times.

Issue isn't present in Jupyter Lab which is now the default interface. closing.
