Verified repository placement — 12 September 2026
Ownership and local placement are complete. Eighteen non-Fleet repositories were transferred to the owner's personal account, preserving repository IDs, default-branch commits, visibility and archive state: EverythingRated, DRank, Elves HQ, PSI Swarm, Verified Bases, Chess, India Standards, Journal, Protein Index, Protein Index Resilience, Recipe Index, Companion Robot, Awesome MLX, Traks, Indulge, Hub Backend, SaaS Ideas and Workflows & Skills. The six non-Vault organizations now contain only 38 Fleet repositories and their six organization profiles. Live rechecks found zero unassigned organization projects and zero recorded visibility mismatches. Vault was excluded.
All 48 retained Fleet identities have their expected local location. All 13 archive checkouts point to personal repositories. Scale and Traks were moved to the archive; the standalone Scale prototype was saved privately while the maintained game remains in SWE. The selected local crawler checkout was moved into Fleet and reconciled into the private catalog. Compatibility links and existing source work were preserved. Archived predecessors are linked to their maintained successor identities. Forecast Lab retains its current paused Fleet membership.
Checks pass: 59 dossiers, Site Health build, 151 backend tests, 11 AI package tests and clean packed consumer. The moved crawler passes its 24 tests and doctor. The historical owner archive is byte-for-byte unchanged. The generic archive-preservation parser fix is pushed in sass-maker/site-health@971f51a630eed9554f4cb4af221880072dbb2b97; exact-commit CI passed. The SaaS Maker public projection remains the same 22 identities; private operational notes were not published.
Website repository links completed — 12 September 2026
The public-source homepage audit covers 40 projects. Rendered verification confirmed the existing links on Anime List, SWE and Web Playables. Repository icon repairs are committed, CI-qualified and live on 13 sites: Anchor, Kith, Setline, Motion, Live, Free AI, GitStat, On Record, TrueHire, Reddit Insights, Office OS, Local AI Video Studio and PostTrainLLM.
All changed homepages were checked in a guest browser at 390px and 1440px. New repository controls have accessible labels and 44px touch targets. The PostTrainLLM mobile menu was opened and its source control verified clickable. Existing explanatory source references retain prose labels. Its legacy roadmap/devlog pages still use wider mobile layout viewports; full-page redesign was outside this repository-link repair.
Each release passed exact-source CI and all six release guards. Existing deployment targets were used. The two native experiment sites now expose their existing Swift test suites directly in CI (74 Local AI Video Studio tests; 403 Office OS tests); their app distribution status is unchanged. The three temporary checkouts were moved to Trash. Original Office OS and Local AI Video Studio checkouts were fast-forwarded, and all eight pre-existing owner draft files remain byte-identical.
Repository placement and website-link scope are complete. The final shared public-feed consolidation follows the three remaining tasks from the original six: Anchor migration qualification, outbound IP infrastructure for Slow SERP, and StorageDaddy source/new-build qualification. No new task was created by this cleanup.
We also need to ensure all the open source projects have their GitHub repositories properly linked to the websites with icons. No GitHub text, please. It is embarrassing. Also, all repositories are properly public or private after decisions.
