Quick Start for Your First AI Project Using SAP AI Core

I am stuck at a situation where AI Core is throwing errors, telling me to check error logs and I got no clue where to check for error logs (Execution Log is greyed out) and I cannot even create an incident, as the according component is not monitored in NOW. Basically I am very frustrated and completely stuck.
It would be nice, if you could provide some info for such information like service component to use or where to find logs.
